ABOUT ME

SERVICES

I offer a range of consulting and coaching services aimed at improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals and communities. Focus areas include child protection, out-of-home care, disability support, program design and case reviews. With a unique background in foster care and extensive experience in the child welfare sector, I am dedicated to making a positive impact.

With 20 years experience in human rights, community development and the NSW child welfare sector (incl earlier intervention programs, preservation programs, restoration and out-of-home-care) I am now working for myself. I also have the added perspective of foster caring for 12 years.

I apply my skills, qualifications and experience to collaborate with organisations and carers to improve the lives  of children in care, their carers and birth families. 

 

I work with approximately ten carers at any given time to ensure I can provide the quality of confidential support that will be beneficial to carer wellbeing and satisfaction. 

​

With a demonstrated outcomes based track record in project and program design, I am also support agencies to improve the child welfare sector.
